Riverside Abstract
Riverside Abstract is a national real estate title and 1031 exchange company servicing clients in both residential and commercial real estate. We were brought on board to design the marketing material for a large educational conference followed by an epic after party that they held in midtown Manhattan.
Notable Features
The theme of the conference was Opportunity Zones, a new government initiative to increase commercial real estate development in under served areas, and we took that concept in a literal direction visually. We positioned the letters popping up from the cityscape to convey the sense of excitement and possibility inherent in Opportunity Zones. A strong mustard yellow color and bold typography helped bring the event to life and add some oomph to an industry that might otherwise err on the side of boring.
